According to the reports, scientists have used cytotoxic T-cells analysis to derive the conclusion regarding longevity.
The researchers revealed that the supercentenarians had a very high level of cells that are cytotoxic after thorough analyzation.
According to the given reports, individuals above the age of 110 years of age probably has a high content of cytotoxic CD4 T, a type of immune cell, in their body.

The scientists further revealed the usage of single-cell RNA (Ribonucleic acid) analysis, to achieve the results of discovery, as reported by the journal ‘Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).’
